Mr. Sanjay Singhania is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (with major in accountancy) from Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam and was graded in the first class, and a master’s degree in business administration from Swinburne University of Technology, Victoria, Australia. He has approximately 24 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. He provides support to our finance, accounts, legal, information technology and human resources departments.
Our
Mr. Ajay DD Singhania is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (in electrical engineering) from Regional College of Engineering, Himachal Pradesh University, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, and was placed in the first division, and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Foundation of the Rotary International. He has also completed a certificate course in ‘Executing Growth Strategies’ from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an executive programme from the Indian School of Business demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and honing his leadership skills. He has approximately 24 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. He oversees the sales and marketing, production, supply chain management, and R&D departments of our Company.
Our
Mr. Krishnamachari Narasimhachari is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, Delhi, a master’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, Delhi, and a post graduate diploma in human resource management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He is an associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and has received an award in general business (finance) from the University of California. He has approximately 39 years of experience in the banking sector. He has previously served as the managing director of State Bank of Mysore and retired as the deputy managing director at the State Bank of India.
Our
Ms. Priyanka Gulati is an Independent Director of our Company. She is an associate of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India. She was awarded the Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur of the Year at the third FLO Women Awards of 2017-2018 by FICCI, and the Business Woman of the Year at the Future Women Leaders Summit and Awards 2018. She has approximately 17 years of experience in handling managerial functions. She is currently a partner at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP and has previously served as a director in Manthan Management Solutions Private Limited and a manager in Accenture Services Private Limited.
Our
Mr. Sameer Bhargava is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical) from Bangalore University, Bengaluru, Karnataka, and a master’s degree in business administration from R.A. Podar Institute of Management, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, Rajasthan. He has approximately 36 years of experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioners, precision engineering, and white goods manufacturing sectors. He has previously served as the vice-president in Highly Electrical Appliances India Private Limited, assistant director – strategic sourcing in Carrier Airconditioning and Refrigeration Limited, senior manager – commodity and finished goods in Whirlpool of India Limited, at the National Engineering Industries Limited (NBC Bearings) and Electrolux Kelvinator Limited (formerly Maharaja International Limited).

Mr. Shashank Agarwal is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical) from Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka. He has approximately 14 years of experience in the marketing sector. He is currently the managing director in Salasar Techno Engineering Limited.
Our
Mr. Narayan Lodha, aged about 48 years is Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director of our Company. He is a seasoned professional with experience of more than 2 decades with expertise in Fund raising through IPO, PE, Strategic placement, Debt and Corporate Finance, financial planning, due diligence and takeovers, financial management and control, cost planning and budgetary control, project planning and execution, finalisation of accounts, fund management, taxation and statutory compliance.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary and holds Diploma in IFRS-ACCA(UK).
He has been previously associated with various esteemed Group which majorly includes Vikram Solar Ltd., Inox Green Energy Services Limited and INOX Wind Limited as Chief Financial Officer, where he has played instrumental roles in steering Financial Strategy and execution.
Dr. Ravi Gupta has done MBA (Finance) from Delhi University (FMS). He has completed his Ph.D. from Delhi University (FMS) and he is a Law Graduate from Delhi University. Dr. Gupta was previously employed as Associate Professor in Commerce Department in Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University) for over 33 years, was Nominated member of the committee formed by Government of India to review income tax law and was Appointed as Government Nominee on the Central Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for 2 terms and has served two terms as Independent Director on the Board of IFCI Ventures Limited. He has over 35 years of experience in the areas of Finance and Direct & Indirect taxation matters. He has conducted many corporate training programmes and authored many books on Direct Taxation including a Concise Commentary on Direct Taxes, Issues on Direct Taxes, Direct Taxes Ready Reckoner, Guide to TDS, Guide to Capital Gains, Guide to Black Money Act and Guide to Income Declaration Scheme.

In our Company, he oversees the manufacturing operations and related activities of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and a master’s degree in business administration from Manav Bharti University, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. He has also received a certificate in radio and television technology from Superna Institute of Technology. He has approximately 28 years of experience. He has previously been associated Noble Moulds Private Limited as the commercial manager and with Airvision India Private Limited.

Mohammed Kaishulla is the chief information officer of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since November 28, 2020. In our Company, he handles technical and information technology functions. He has a bachelor’s degree in technology from Kanpur University, master’s degree in computer applications from Annamalai University, Annamalainagar, Tamil Nadu, and a master’s degree in business administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, and holds an advanced post graduate diploma in computer and information management from Uptron ACL. He has approximately 10 years of experience in the information technology sector. Before his association with our Company, he has previously served as the group head – information technology in Neolite ZKW Lightings Private Limited, and the head – information technology and enterprise resource planning in Tricolite Electrical Industries Limited.

In our Company, he handles vendor management, logistics, production planning and controlling functions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Pune, Maharashtra, a master’s degree in management science from University of Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, a diploma in business management from University of Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, a certificate of correspondence courses in import and export management, and stores and inventory management from Indian Institute of Materials Management, Baroda, Gujarat. He has approximately 30 years of experience in the supply chain management sector. Before his association with our Company, he has previously served as the senior general manager in the supply chain management department in Veeline Media Limited, the manager – materials department with Videocon Industries Limited, the general manager in the supply chain management department in Gemcare Appliances Private Limited, and the assistant general manager with Techno Electronics Limited.

Ms. Jyoti Verma, is a Fellow Company Secretary, LL. B and also holds Master degree of Commerce. She is having more than two decades of experience in corporate compliance management and regulatory affairs. She possesses in-depth expertise in Corporate Law Compliances, Contract Management, SEBI Listing Regulations, Takeover Code, Insider Trading norms, Corporate Governance, FEMA & RBI regulations, Corporate Structuring & Restructuring. Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
She has a strong track record of managing statutory and regulatory compliance for listed entities and is well-versed in implementing robust corporate governance frameworks. Her comprehensive understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape enables her to contribute effectively to strategic decision-making and enhancing governance and compliance cultures.
Ms. Verma is heading Legal and Secretarial Department in EPACK and designated as Company Secretary & Compliance officer. Over the course of her career, she has been associated with several prominent Listed Groups including Lemon Tree Hotels, KRBL Limited (Flagship Brand India Gate Basmati Rice), Simbhaoli Sugars, Dhanuka Agritech, B.C. Jindal Group, Cosmo Group etc., and possesses exposure of diversified industries and a solid foundation in Corporate Compliance Management.

Ms. Surbhi Goyal, is having experience of over 19 years in Supply Chain Management including Strategic Sourcing, New Product Development, Supply & Vendor Development, Global Sourcing, Commodity Management, Cost Negotiation, Localization, Spend Analytics, and Cross-functional Team Leadership.
She holds an MBA in International Business (EPGDIB) from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, and a B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the College of Engineering Roorkee (COER), Roorkee. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and an ACE Associate (Achieving Competitive Excellence).
Over the course of her career, Ms. Goyal has been associated with Nexxbase India (“Noise”), Gurgaon; Carrier Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Limited, LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd., etc. She is heading Sourcing and Purchase Department of the Company.

Mr. Sumedh Singh is the Head – Human Resources (AVP – HR) of our Company and having over 21 years of experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Retention Strategies and Employee Relations in Corporate Offices as well as in Factory Environment.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Mathematics Hons) from Ranchi University, Jharkhand and a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Singh has served as Head – Manufacturing HR (GM – HR) at APL Apollo Tubes Limited & has also been associated with reputed brands like Amtek Auto, Minda Group, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (P) Ltd, Delphi Automotives. He has diverse industry experience across Automobile, FMCG, Steel, and Pharma sectors, he brings along strong expertise in People Management practices, Strategic HR, and HR Digitization initiatives.

Mr. Deepak Gupta is the vice-president – sales and marketing of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 6, 2023. In our Company, he is responsible for the overall sales operation and business development of washing machines. He holds a bachelor of engineering (mechanical) degree from the North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Before his association with our Company, he previously served as the general manager marketing of Vimal Plast India Private Limited and was previously associated with Vimal Moulders (India) Private Limited.
