Our
Mr. Bajrang Bothra is the Chairman and Whole-time Director on the Board of our Company. He oversees the business operations and management of our Company. He has a master’s degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, Delhi. He has approximately 27 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. He is currently the chairman of the MSME council of the Consumer Electronics and Appliances Manufacturers Association (“CEAMA”) (and a co-opted member of CEAMA executive committee), a patron of the Jain International Trade Organisation Administrative Training Foundation and the trustee of Bhagwan Mahavir Relief Foundation Trust.

Mr. Sanjay Singhania is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce (with major in accountancy) from Gauhati University, Guwahati, Assam and was graded in the first class, and a master’s degree in business administration from Swinburne University of Technology, Victoria, Australia. He has approximately 24 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. He provides support to our finance, accounts, legal, information technology and human resources departments.

Mr. Ajay DD Singhania is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (in electrical engineering) from Regional College of Engineering, Himachal Pradesh University, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, and was placed in the first division, and a master’s degree in business administration from University of Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is a Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Foundation of the Rotary International. He has also completed a certificate course in ‘Executing Growth Strategies’ from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an executive programme from the Indian School of Business demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and honing his leadership skills. He has approximately 24 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing sector. He oversees the sales and marketing, production, supply chain management, and R&D departments of our Company.

Mr. Krishnamachari Narasimhachari is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, Delhi, a master’s degree in commerce from University of Delhi, Delhi, and a post graduate diploma in human resource management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He is an associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and has received an award in general business (finance) from the University of California. He has approximately 39 years of experience in the banking sector. He has previously served as the managing director of State Bank of Mysore and retired as the deputy managing director at the State Bank of India.

Ms. Priyanka Gulati is an Independent Director of our Company. She is an associate of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India. In our Company, he handles technical and information technology functions. He has approximately 10 years of experience in the information technology sector. Before his association with our Company, he has previously served as the group head – information technology in Neolite ZKW Lightings Private Limited, and the head – information technology and enterprise resource planning in Tricolite Electrical Industries Limited.

Mr. Sumedh Singh is the Head – Human Resources (AVP – HR) of our Company and having over 21 years of experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Retention Strategies and Employee Relations in Corporate Offices as well as in Factory Environment.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science (Mathematics Hons) from Ranchi University, Jharkhand and a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Singh has served as Head – Manufacturing HR (GM – HR) at APL Apollo Tubes Limited & has also been associated with reputed brands like Amtek Auto, Minda Group, Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages (P) Ltd, Delphi Automotives. He has diverse industry experience across Automobile, FMCG, Steel, and Pharma sectors, he brings along strong expertise in People Management practices, Strategic HR, and HR Digitization initiatives.

Mr. Narayan Lodha, aged about 48 years is Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director of our Company. He is a seasoned professional with experience of more than 2 decades with expertise in Fund raising through IPO, PE, Strategic placement, Debt and Corporate Finance, financial planning, due diligence and takeovers, financial management and control, cost planning and budgetary control, project planning and execution, finalisation of accounts, fund management, taxation and statutory compliance.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary and holds Diploma in IFRS-ACCA(UK).

Ms. Jyoti Verma, is a Fellow Company Secretary, LL. B and also holds Master degree of Commerce. She is having more than two decades of experience in corporate compliance management and regulatory affairs. She possesses in-depth expertise in Corporate Law Compliances, Contract Management, SEBI Listing Regulations, Takeover Code, Insider Trading norms, Corporate Governance, FEMA & RBI regulations, Corporate Structuring & Restructuring. Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint ventures etc.
She has a strong track record of managing statutory and regulatory compliance for listed entities and is well-versed in implementing robust corporate governance frameworks. Her comprehensive understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape enables her to contribute effectively to strategic decision-making and enhancing governance and compliance cultures.
Ms. Verma is heading Legal and Secretarial Department in EPACK and designated as Company Secretary & Compliance officer. Over the course of her career, she has been associated with several prominent Listed Groups including Lemon Tree Hotels, KRBL Limited (Flagship Brand India Gate Basmati Rice), Simbhaoli Sugars, Dhanuka Agritech, B.C. Jindal Group, Cosmo Group etc., and possesses exposure of diversified industries and a solid foundation in Corporate Compliance Management.

Mr. Deepak Gupta is the vice-president – sales and marketing of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since December 6, 2023. In our Company, he is responsible for the overall sales operation and business development of washing machines. He holds a bachelor of engineering (mechanical) degree from the North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Before his association with our Company, he previously served as the general manager marketing of Vimal Plast India Private Limited and was previously associated with Vimal Moulders (India) Private Limited.
