New Delhi, Jul 25 (PTI) Epack Durable, a manufacturer for air conditioners and home appliances, on Friday announced partnership with South Korea-based Bumjin Electronics.

Epack Durable, a manufacturer of consumer durables, has entered into a strategic partnership with Bumjin Electronics, a global audio solutions manufacturer headquartered in South Korea. The agreement marks Bumjin’s foray into the Indian market and supports Epack Durable’s goal to broaden its presence in emerging categories within consumer electronics.

EPACK Durable Limited has informed the Exchange regarding execution of Joint Venture Agreement with Bumjin Electronics Co. Limited

This makes foray of Bumjin, a global audio solutions manufacturer, into the Indian market, according to a statement from the Indian firm.

EPACK Durable has entered into a strategic joint venture with South Korea’s Bumjin Electronics to locally manufacture soundbars, television speakers and Bluetooth audio devices in India.

EPACK Durable’s JV with Bumjin represents a significant push into the smart audio segment in India—bringing together Indian manufacturing scale and Korean audio innovation, with an ambition to locally produce high-performance sound systems while achieving strong market share and export growth potential.

EPACK Durable Limited has reported Consolidated financial results for the period ended June 30, 2025.

The company has reported total income of Rs. 668.0761 crores during the period ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs. 648.7482 crores during the period ended March 31, 2025.
