New Delhi, May 27 (PTI) EPACK Durable Ltd on Tuesday reported a 35.54 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at Rs 37.71 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.

The company had posted a profit of Rs 27.82 crore in the January-March period a year ago, EPACK Durable said in a regulatory filing.

Shares of EPACK Durable Ltd jumped 3.6% to ₹399.90 on Tuesday after the company reported a strong set of numbers for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. The consumer durables firm posted a consolidated net profit of ₹37.71 crore in Q4 FY25, marking a 35.54% year-on-year increase from ₹27.82 crore in the same quarter last year.

Reported Standalone quarterly numbers for EPack Durables are:
Net Sales at Rs 643.25 crore in March 2025 up 22.36% from Rs. 525.70 crore in March 2024.

Quarterly Net Profit at Rs. 39.44 crore in March 2025 up 39.62% from Rs. 28.25 crore in March 2024.

EBITDA stands at Rs. 77.67 crore in March 2025 up 27.35% from Rs. 60.99 crore in March 2024.

EPack Durables EPS has increased to Rs. 4.11 in March 2025 from Rs. 3.13 in March 2024.

The company’s net profit rose to Rs 37.7 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25) from Rs 27.82 crore in Q4FY24

With room air conditioners (ACs) remaining the dominant segment, Epack Durable, a room AC manufacturer, has reported a 36 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2025 (Q4FY25). The company’s net profit rose to Rs 37.7 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 27.82 crore in Q4FY24.
