Home appliances maker Epack Durable Ltd. is poised to achieve a $1 billion topline over the next four years buoyed by its recent deal with Hisense India, according to the company’s Chief Executive Officer Ajay Singhania.

Ajay Singhania, Managing Director and CEO of EPACK Durable said that EPACK will set up a dedicated facility at Sri City specifically for Hisense, which will operate as a subsidiary of EPACK.

The rise in EPACK Durable share price came after the company announced that it has entered into a strategic manufacturing alliance with Hisense India.

EPACK Durable locked in 5% upper limit:EPACK Durable shares were in demand on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 as the scrip was locked in the 5 per cent upper circuit at Rs 407.60 per share.

Epack Durable announced that Hisense, a global leader in consumer electronics and home appliances, has entered into a strategic manufacturing alliance with the company.

Hisense has contracted Epack Durable to setup advanced dedicated manufacturing facility in India to produce Hisense range of Air conditioners and Home Appliances using Hisense’s proprietary technology & designs.

Epack Durable said that it has entered into agreement with Hisense International Singapore (Hisense) for manufacturing of air conditioner and home appliances for Hisense.

NEW DELHI: In case of a top Chinese consumer electronics company shifting production to India to part-meet its global requirements the $29 billion Hisense has entered into a strategic alliance with local contract manufacturer EPACK Durable to produce ACs and home appliances, such as washing machines, refrigerators and other small domestic appliances.

Hisense, a $29 billion Chinese electronics company, partners with Indian manufacturer EPACK Durable to produce ACs and home appliances in India, aiming for domestic sales and exports. EPACK plans a new Andhra Pradesh facility targeting one million room ACs by FY28, projecting Rs 8,000 crore business over five years.

New Delhi, Oct 21 (PTI) Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd (ABDL), one of the leading spirits companies, on Monday announced a partnership with vodka producer Roust Corporation.

As part of the strategic distribution agreement, ABDEL will launch Russian Standard Vodka in India, which will strengthen its play in the premium and luxury segment, according to a joint statement.

It is the number one premium Vodka in Russia, boasting a 30 per cent market share in the premium category. It is being exported to over 85 countries.
